I swear my girls are more excited about Halloween than Christmas. Parties have been planned, outfits purchased, accessories created, lollies bought, a mapped plan for trick or treating has been drawn, fake blood stored. I thought we were done. In fact I was almost about to give myself a cobweb-free pat on the back.

That was until my youngest  (6) sat me down with a to-do list last night.

1. Decorate the house.
2. Buy cobwebs for the fence, the walls and the front door.
3. Carve ANOTHER pumkin because the one that was carved last week is getting a bit old
4. Get something scary to dangle from the front door
5. A big scary noise for when people walk in the front gate.
6. Lollies. We need more.
